Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your WorkSearch Pro subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. To request a refund, email us at anuraghragidimilli@icloud.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process the refund within 5–10 business days.

After the 30-Day Window

Refund requests made after 30 days of the initial purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund or account credit at our discretion, particularly in circumstances where a technical issue prevented you from using the Service.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, except within the 30-day guarantee window.

Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or charged twice, contact us immediately at anuraghragidimilli@icloud.com. Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded in full.

Promotional or Discounted Plans

Subscriptions purchased at a promotional price are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee under the same terms. Promo codes are single-use and non-transferable.

How Refunds Are Issued

All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
